Bearded dragon light issues/questions?

ok well i am getting 3 baby bearded dragons within a month from now and i was wondering if my light set up is appropriate for a 40 gallon tank. Well i am getting 2 fluorescent UVB lamps that are 26 watts each. 1 infrared heat emitter that is 150 watt( coming with a 8.5 in ceramic socket clamp light). and i was wondering if it would be ok if i can just get 2 100 watt light bulbs that could replace the basking lights. This is all can afford for the lights for now. Please let me know what you think and if you think this is appropriate for my 40 gallon tank
