Dress for 8th grade graduation!?

Holy crap im seriously stressing out this! The dance is 3 weeks away i still dont have a dress :( i have looked at the dresses at debs dillards nordstorm windsor macys jcpenny kohls ect. And i just cant find the right dress! A while back i went to ross and i found the most gorgeous dress EVER. it was white And was a pick me up style and it hade black lace on it wwith silver sparkles and was breathtaking and when i went back to buy it they had already sold out! ): i just want a dress that is perfect. Im VERY picky so i havent been able to find one and plus my budget is 75$! I really like poofy dress that start out slim at top and gradually get bigger. I love sparkles too! Lol i have tan skin short brown curly hair and green eyes. Im 5'6 and thin. I really want a strapless dress too. Im not a big fan of pink so no pink dresses if possible. Sparkles and poofiness is a MUST! Kay thanks! Oh and if you could also post accessories too than that would be AWESOMEE! thanks!(:
