California Vacation Questions?

so im going to vacation in a month and i need more vacation ideas! were already going to disneyland and california adventure, but i need more plans than that! What beaches are less crowded and breathtaking? What are some activities and must do's for california? I'd appreciate your ideas! Thanks!
