Custom Made Magnets??? HELP!!!?

I need custom made ceramic magnets, but I can't find any companies that will make them. I need a ceramic magnet that is like 6" by 6" by 1/4". I need 100 of them though. I would REALLY appreciate it if you guys could give me some links to some websites or something. THANKS!!
