Is turkey really that bad of a country ?

is turkey really that bad ?? i mean , turkey is one of the best countries out there , and its economy isnt bad either , and its architecture and history are breathtaking and great ! but what i dont understand is why do they leave their country and immigrate to other ones like france and england and holland , especially germany , where theyre treated like crap and are subject to a lot of racism and look down on , i mean , why dont they stay in their country and try to make it better than those countries where theyre trated badly , in germany they hate them so much that they kill them just for being turk and their country isnt thaaat bad after all , looks nothing liike some countries in africa like somalia or sierra leone ( no offense to them ) , the ottoman empire was one of the most powerful and influencial empires in history , and modern turkey isnt bad at all !
