Please can you help me figure out what back issue of brides magazine I am looking for?

I am hoping there are some wedding afficionados that can help me with this proverbial needle in a haystack search. I am looking for the brides magazine that features a certain gown. I can order back issues but I have to know which one I want and they are rather expensive so I can't order at random. I am pretty sure it was the 1999-2000 school year there was an alvina valenta dress that was breathtaking. It was white as white could be, It had wide straps the model was a blonde and she had a backpiece floor length veil. it looked like she was either looking down or had her eyes closed. The skirt was very delicately full, not super poofy, somewhere between a-line and ballgown, very subtle. and I am pretty sure but not positive that it had a dropped basque (V ) waist. I wish I could remember more details. I am wondering if brides kept a record of subscriptions because if I knew exactly when I subscribed I would know pretty well which one it was, but anyway, I am hoping somewhere out there on yahooland someone collects these or deals with wedding dresses and can help me in this search.
