wow! Are any of the science classes in areas which would also help your true interests? For example Botany class would go along well with your landscape design interest. A drafting or CAD ( computer assisted drawing) class woud be reasonable to take. Finally, a pre engineering class ight be useful as well if you get into designing buildings, sculptures etc.
